Lets get ready to grumble

Well made it as far as Heathrow and what an ordeal getting through this place is, you can forget the glamour sometimes attached to air travel, I just need a drink and, well, then another drink.. and I'm not even on the plane yet. Made the classic mistake of taking liquids in my hand luggage, had to stand there and drink a bottle of Hugo Boss and some shampoo. Managed to smuggle the toothpaste between my butt cheeks though. Haha! Smarts a bit tho'

Cheers and I look forward to reporting back when I land in Mumbai.

education tourist

Only a couple of weeks now until my trip to India begins, its all pretty exciting. Do they have cheese in India do you think?

For a while now I've been looking for the opportunity to extend my IT qualifications and also build up paragliding air time somewhere agreeable, and India, perhaps bizarrely, offers the chance to do both.

Technology wise, and in a host of other ways, India is booming, I cant help but think that this country of over a billion people is a pretty cool place right now. Of all the places offering IT training, which includes the UK, USA and South Africa, India is by far the cheapest, and I just can't resist the opportunity to study in an old colonial hill-station perched high in the Himalayan mountains?

More about this later, in the meantime checkout the website of Koenig Solutions, the outfit I will be studying with later this year.
